Job Description

Job title: Business Analyst (FMCG/CPG/Automobile Domain)

Location: Noida

Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in FMCG, CPG, or Automobile industries

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), and process optimization within large field-force and distribution-led ecosystems.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience collaborating with Sales, IT, Product, and Operations to deliver scalable, data-driven business solutions.
Ability to translate business challenges into structured BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and clear functional specifications.
Strong understanding of FMCG sales cycles, RTM models (General & Modern Trade), secondary sales, inventory processes, and operational workflows.
Skilled in process mapping, requirement grooming, UAT execution, defect analysis, and end-user training.

Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, SQL (Basic), Power BI (Basic), JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, API Understanding, Scrum or Business Analysis–related certifications are preferred.
