Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of technology and business solutions. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of business needs. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers. Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic planning. Assist in managing project scope, timelines, and resources in collaboration with the project team. Perform data analysis to drive informed business decisions and strategic initiatives. Support the testing, training, and implementation phases of new solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems to ensure business value is realized. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, or other project management and analysis tools. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
