Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile and web development projects.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes.
• Conduct client meetings to understand goals, pain points, and user workflows.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client needs.
• Assist in creating proposals, scope documents, and timelines for new projects.
• Define acceptance criteria and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain continuous alignment between project goals and business objectives.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to provide insights that guide solution design.
• Support the project team in planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies
• Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and process flows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and the mobile app market

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with tools like 

  JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar

• Familiarity with 

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Good understanding of mobile and web development.
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools
