Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, content, and social media).
• Develop and optimize website content to improve user experience and drive conversions.
• Identify and target key audiences to maximize campaign impact.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Create engaging content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the sales team to launch focused lead generation initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT or development services.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, PPC, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing platforms.
• Excellent in communication, content writing, and decision-making.
• Prior experience working with the North American market is essential.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Zoho or HubSpot CRM.
• Basic understanding of mobile and web development.
• Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools.
