Technical Team Lead - ZOHO

Senior Zoho Developer / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage end-to-end Zoho projects (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, etc.)
• Plan, estimate, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Assign tasks, track progress, and manage team performance

• Zoho Development & Customization

• Customize Zoho applications using Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation
• Develop new applications or enhance existing ones using Zoho Developer tools and APIs
• Integrate Zoho apps with external systems, APIs, and third-party services
• Optimize application performance and implement development best practices

• Technical Excellence

• Identify and resolve bugs, implement feature enhancements, and provide ongoing support
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation including API guides and user manuals

• Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Communicate project scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables clearly
• Represent the technical team in client meetings and demos

• Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product managers
• Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing within the team
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualification

• BCA/ B.Tech / Master in Computer Applications
• Proficient in programming languages like PHP, .NET
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Minimum 4 years of development experience
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written and with a strong desire to work in a cross-cultural team.
