Technical Team Lead - ZOHO

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Zoho Developer / Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho platform development and customization , including Deluge scripting , working across multiple domains. This role involves technical delivery, client communication, estimations, team management, and quality assurance . Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Lead and manage end-to-end Zoho projects (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, etc.) Plan, estimate, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Assign tasks, track progress, and manage team performance Zoho Development & Customization Customize Zoho applications using Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation Develop new applications or enhance existing ones using Zoho Developer tools and APIs Integrate Zoho apps with external systems, APIs, and third-party services Optimize application performance and implement development best practices Technical Excellence Identify and resolve bugs, implement feature enhancements, and provide ongoing support Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Create and maintain technical documentation including API guides and user manuals Client & Stakeholder Communication Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates Communicate project scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables clearly Represent the technical team in client meetings and demos Team Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product managers Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing within the team Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualification BCA/ B.Tech / Master in Computer Applications Proficient in programming languages like PHP, .NET Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Minimum 4 years of development experience Excellent communication skills in both oral and written and with a strong desire to work in a cross-cultural team.
