Key Responsibilities : - Analyze, document, and manage business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Subscription Management processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, finance, product, and IT teams to understand and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. - Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to ensure comprehensive coverage of business processes. - Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Maps. - Support design and configuration of Subscription Management and Billing platforms such as Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Subscription Management, or similar tools. - Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), ensuring thorough test coverage and timely issue resolution. - Assist in data validation and reconciliation between billing systems and ERP (e.g., Oracle ERP) and commerce platforms (e.g., Cisco Commerce Workspace - CCW). - Monitor and support SaaS and recurring billing lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, cancellations, and revenue recognition compliance. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Q2C cycle. - Provide regular status updates and reports to project managers and senior management. - Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
