Job Description

As a Business Analyst at CIMET, you will play a critical role in supporting our initiatives by gathering, defining, and designing business requirements that align with the companys goals. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the eFective implementation of business solutions and contribute to the overall eFiciency and success of CIMETs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering:

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  1. Solution Design Development:

  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to design solutions that align with CIMET s objectives. o Participate in developing and enhancing business processes and frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless project implementation. o Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, feedback, and requirements from various departments.
  1. Implementation Support:

  • Assist in the deployment and integration of business solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. o Monitor project progress and evaluate the eFectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for improvements.
  1. Documentation Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, and implementation plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for management review.

Experience Skills:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact eFectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
  • Experience in the energy, finance, or comparison platform industry is desirable.
