Customer Experience Analyst

As a Customer Experience Analyst at our company, your role will involve leveraging complex data sources to inform business decisions and drive premium product strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing brand & sales funnel data from internal and external sources, including consolidation & aggregation. - Conducting in-depth analyses to develop actionable recommendations for business decisions. - Designing and developing interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI/Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends. - Developing data models to support business analytics and reporting needs, including predictive analytics using fusion of sales/service/brand funnel data. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and utilizing programming knowledge of SQL/SAS/R/Python for data manipulation. - Supporting primary/secondary research projects including research design, sample plan, execution, and report preparation. - Building knowledge base of auto/2W industry and tracking key consumer and market trends for market foresight. - Liaising with internal cross-functional teams for data sourcing and analysis on time. You should bring: - 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in agencies or CMI team. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Power BI will be a plus. - Experience in working with large data sets & sources, and ability to work with tight timelines & multiple stakeholders. - Good communication, interpersonal skills, and understanding of research methodologies. - A Bachelor's degree in any specialization and a Post Graduation/Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Analytics.
