Customer Experience Analyst

As a Data Visualization Developer using Tableau, your role is crucial in assisting with business process analysis and aligning IT solutions with business initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing data visualizations to enable more informed business decisions - Assisting in conducting business process analysis and needs assessments - Defining business and workflow requirements through workshops and research - Preparing documentation for business requirements - Creating intuitive Business Process Models to reflect operational perspectives - Maintaining a general understanding of technology supporting business processes - Collaborating with Operations staff to recommend solutions for operational goals - Developing and executing test plans, documenting results Qualifications required for this role include: - Associates or Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or a business discipline - High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Access and Excel - Fluency in at least one programming language, preferably Visual Basic for Applications (or willingness to learn) Additional Details: - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher - Benefits: Provident Fund - Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Rotational shift - Performance bonus available Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
