Customer Experience Analyst

As a Data Visualization Developer using Tableau, you will play a crucial role in supporting informed business decision-making processes. You will collaborate with team members to conduct business process analysis and needs assessments, ensuring that information technology solutions are aligned with business initiatives. Your responsibilities will include defining business and workflow requirements through workshops, research, and analysis, and preparing documentation to support these requirements. Additionally, you will participate in Business Process Modeling to create intuitive models that represent the operational perspective of the business. It will be essential to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technology and architecture supporting the division's business processes. Working closely with Operations staff, you will develop and recommend solutions to meet operational goals and address any challenges that arise. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, documenting results, and ensuring that the operational goals of the business area are met. An ideal candidate will hold an Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related business discipline, or possess equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Access and Excel, is required. Additionally, fluency in at least one computer programming language, preferably Visual Basic for Applications, is preferred, or a willingness to learn it.
