Job Description

As a Business Analyst with Salesforce Lightning Cloud experience in the insurance domain, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to insurance industry requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with insurance business stakeholders such as underwriting, claims, and policy administration to understand processes, pain points, and transformation goals. - Documenting business requirements, user stories, and use cases specific to the insurance industry. - Facilitating workshops to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce Lightning Cloud implementations. - Analyzing legacy insurance systems and proposing scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions aligned with industry best practices. - Translating product owner requirements into technical specifications for development squads. You will also be responsible for: - Working with Salesforce administrators and developers to configure Lightning Cloud features that meet insurance specific requirements. - Designing and reviewing Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and process automations to ensure alignment with insurance KPIs. - Mapping existing insurance business processes and proposing data-driven optimizations through Salesforce Lightning. - Leading the re-engineering of underwriting, claims, and customer service workflows to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Furthermore, you will be involved in: - Developing test plans and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles focused on critical insurance use cases. - Creating and delivering tailored training sessions and materials for insurance users across departments. - Contributing to project planning, scope management, and milestone tracking specific to insurance programs. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3 years working on Salesforce Lightning Cloud projects. - Demonstrated experience on large-scale insurance transformation initiatives involving policy administration, claims processing, or customer engagement. - Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, regulatory requirements, and customer lifecycle. - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
