Business Analyst - OT Security

As a Business Analyst for OT security projects at Wipro Limited, your role will involve working on NIS-2/e-CAF, Data Encryption, HMI upgrades, SCADA MFA, OT Endpoint protection and hardening, and Asset lifecycle management projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, create roadmaps, and develop plans to deliver the necessary outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize Business Analyst experience in OT Security - Understand business requirements and processes, identify risks, and threats affecting operations, data, and assets - Identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications - Evaluate cybersecurity technologies, tools, and services for organizational security needs - Conduct business impact analysis and collaborate using Agile methodology, preferably Azure DevOps - Organize workshops to gather business needs, technical requirements, and functional specifications for OT cybersecurity projects - Strong OT background with water sector experience preferred - Understanding of NIS-2/e-CAF, Purdue model, and IT/OT convergence - Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) architecture, protocols, and security challenges Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Business Analyst in OT Security - Proficient in understanding business requirements, risks assessment, and solution evaluation - Ability to organize workshops and collaborate effectively - Strong background in OT and knowledge of IT/OT convergence - Familiarity with NIS-2/e-CAF, Purdue model, and OT security challenges In addition to the exciting projects and responsibilities, Wipro offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, training and development opportunities, and a dynamic career path.
