Business Analyst - OT Security

As a Business Analyst for OT security projects at Wipro Limited, your main responsibility will be to work with stakeholders to establish requirements for projects such as NIS-2/e-CAF, Data Encryption, HMI upgrades, SCADA MFA, OT Endpoint protection and hardening, Asset lifecycle management, etc. You will define these requirements, draw roadmaps, and create plans to deliver the required capabilities and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Showcase prior Business Analyst experience in OT Security - Understand business requirements and processes, identify risks and threats that may impact operations, data, and assets - Identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications - Evaluate cybersecurity technologies, tools, and services for addressing security needs - Conduct business impact analysis - Communicate and collaborate effectively, preferably with experience in Agile methodology and Azure DevOps - Organize workshops to gather business needs, technical requirements, and functional specifications for OT cybersecurity projects - Possess a strong OT background, with water sector experience being highly desirable - Understand NIS-2/e-CAF, Purdue model, IT and OT convergence - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including architecture, protocols, and security challenges Qualifications Required: - Prior experience as a Business Analyst in OT Security - Strong understanding of OT security principles and practices - Familiarity with NIS-2/e-CAF, Purdue model, and IT/OT convergence - Experience in evaluating cybersecurity technologies and tools - Knowledge of business impact analysis and workshop organization - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, preferably in Agile methodology - Strong OT background, with water sector experience as a differentiator In this role, you will receive a competitive salary, a generous benefits package, training, and development opportunities.
