**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in London Market Insurance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of insurance technology. Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. You will lead workshops and interviews to identify process improvement opportunities, translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and data models, support UAT planning & execution, drive data migration, cleansing, and integration during system implementations, contribute to the transition from legacy to modern PAS platforms, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. - Lead workshops and interviews to identify process improvement opportunities. - Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and data models. - Support UAT planning & execution with test case design and defect management. - Drive data migration, cleansing, and integration during system implementations. - Contribute to the transition from legacy to modern PAS platforms. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance standards. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance with a focus on the London Market. - Strong expertise in data-centric projects across underwriting, claims, policy admin, and finance. - Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with UAT, workflow analysis, and system migrations. **Additional Details:** You will have the opportunity to work on global insurance transformation programs and be part of a future-focused team driving modernization and innovation.
