Business Analyst – fully remote freelance role (multi-year engagement)

• Clients:

  Global enterprises, SaaS companies, BFSI organizations, and system integrators

• Elicit, analyze, and document

  business and functional requirements

  from stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into

  functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  .
• Create and maintain

  process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data mappings

  where required.
• Act as a bridge between

  business, product, and engineering teams

  .
• Support backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization with product owners.
• Assist QA teams with test case validation and UAT coordination.
• Support change management, impact analysis, and release planning.
• Ensure requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in client discussions, status updates, and solution walkthroughs.

• 3+ years of experience

  as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in

  requirements gathering and documentation

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile / Scrum / SDLC

  methodologies.
• Experience working with

  cross-functional teams

  in distributed environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote, client-facing setup

  .

• Experience with

  enterprise systems

  (ERP, CRM, data platforms, or custom applications).
• Exposure to

  digital transformation or system modernization

  projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as

  JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar

  .
• Understanding of

  data models, APIs, and integrations

  .
• Domain experience in

  BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or SaaS

  .
• Prior experience working with global clients or system integrators.

• Work on

  real client delivery projects
