Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (Entry-Level, 6+ Months Experience)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Business Analysis or a similar role

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through client meetings, stakeholder interviews, and research.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation including:
• Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
• Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Create and manage user stories, use cases, and wireframes.
• Design and analyze process flows to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and product enhancements.
• Participate in client calls and internal meetings to ensure continuous alignment of goals and expectations.
• Assist in the testing and validation of implemented solutions.
• Evaluate and coordinate with vendors to ensure the translation of business expectations into deliverables, maintaining alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation
• BRD, FRD, FSD Creation
• User Stories, Use Cases
• Wireframing Tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, or similar)
• Process Flow Diagrams (using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.)
• Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
