Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables align with objectives and timelines.

Provide ongoing support and guidance during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
