Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst – ERP with strong functional and domain expertise.
• This role involves bridging business requirements with ERP capabilities to ensure optimal solution delivery.
• Core responsibilities include:
• • Requirement gathering & functional analysis
  • Business process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
  • ERP module configuration & implementation support
  • Client workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment
  • Documentation (BRD, FRD, SOPs, user guides)
• The ideal candidate must have strong domain knowledge in construction/infrastructure & extensive ERP experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Engage with stakeholders to capture and document business/functional requirements.
• Translate processes into ERP workflows for Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Machinery & Projects.

2. Business Process Mapping

• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis for all business functions.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies & improvement opportunities.

3. ERP Implementation Support

• Collaborate with consultants and developers to design ERP solutions.
• Support configuration, customization, testing & deployment of ERP modules.

4. Client Engagement & Consulting

• Act as a communication bridge between business and technical teams.
• Deliver demos, training sessions, and client workshops.
• Provide domain expertise (construction, real estate, infrastructure, mining).

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, test cases & workflow documentation.
• Prepare SOPs, ERP user guides & knowledge transfer documents.

6. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure processes align with GST, audit, statutory & compliance standards.
• Maintain workflow approvals & internal control requirements.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Analyze live ERP usage and recommend enhancements.
• Stay updated on ERP trends & construction technology innovations.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of ERP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant experience.
• Strong domain expertise in construction / real estate / infrastructure.
• Deep functional knowledge in 3+ modules: Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Machinery, Projects, Labour.
• Hands-on experience in BRD/FRD creation, process mapping & workflow design.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation & client management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder handling & problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, compliance & statutory reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Indore and travel to client locations.
