Job Description

You will be responsible for learning and understanding the main benefits of NWAY ERP Products and comprehending the challenges faced by potential clients. Your duties will include conducting market research, engaging in cold calling, scheduling appointments with leads, and generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls/emails. Additionally, you will handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and effectively convert them into sales. To expand outreach, you will be enhancing contact databases to connect with more potential companies and updating customer information in the CRM database. Keeping detailed records of calls, status, reminders, and any useful information will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the Digital marketing team for in-bound lead qualification and providing software learning & demo to prospective clients will be crucial for success in this role. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. A preferred qualification is an MBA, although candidates with any graduate degree are encouraged to apply.
