ERP Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at NWAY ERP Products, your main role will be to learn and understand the main benefits of the products to effectively communicate them to potential clients. You will conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities, and generate new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails. Additionally, you will handle inbound prospect calls, update customer information in the CRM database, and work closely with the Digital Marketing team for inbound lead qualification. Your responsibilities will also include software learning and conducting demos for prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and understand the main benefits of NWAY ERP Products - Conduct market research for potential clients - Cold calling and scheduling appointments with leads - Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails - Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales - Enhance the contact databases to reach out to more potential companies - Enter and update customer information in the CRM database - Keep records of calls, status, reminders, and note useful information - Work closely with the Digital Marketing team for inbound lead qualification - Conduct software learning and demos for prospective clients Qualifications Required: - MBA preferred, but any graduate can apply - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role Please note that NWAY Tech is always on the lookout for exceptional candidates.
