Summary

The Analyst role for evaluating business needs and independently translating insights into meaningful business solutions. This role combines business acumen with strong programming and analytical skills to support operational strategies, deliver standard reporting, and perform special analysis projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Reporting & Data Support-

• Provide management and production reporting for all Servicing areas.
• Fulfill data requests and troubleshoot report/system issues.
• Create and maintain standard reports to monitor key Servicing metrics using Snowflake SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports by resolving errors, updating business logic, and improving effectiveness.
• Support production applications and assist in transitioning applications to permanent IT solutions.

-Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Opportunities-

• Develop reporting solutions to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvements across CAF Servicing departments.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on topics such as collection efficiency and portfolio performance trends.
• Collaborate across multiple departments within development cycles to deliver timely and accurate solutions.
• Communicate regularly with organizational managers on the status of ongoing projects.

-Education & Experience-

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical/technical field (Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proficiency in database systems and software packages such as Snowflake, Teradata, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
• Programming experience in Python or another object-oriented language (preferred).
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools (preferred).

-Mathematical & Analytical Ability-

• Strong capability to apply mathematics and analyze complex data to generate conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to conceptualize and manipulate mathematical models for explaining and predicting business metrics.

-Reasoning & Problem-Solving-

• Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions.
• Skilled at translating high-level business objectives into actionable analysis tasks.
