Role Overview

Business Analyst

Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and clients

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end client implementations from data onboarding to go-live
Translate client requirements into accurate system configurations
Analyze, validate, and reconcile client data for accuracy
Identify risks, gaps, and edge cases early
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and CS during UAT and go-live
Maintain implementation documentation and share clear status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in business analysis, implementation, or consulting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with large datasets
Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Clear written and verbal communication

Good to Have

SaaS
or client-facing experience
Exposure to
HRTech
, FinTech, or enterprise software
Basic understanding of system workflows or data handling
