About the Internship: We’re looking for Product Interns to support our product team across operations, testing, documentation, and data analysis. Role Overview The Business Analyst will be helping deliver successful client go-lives by owning data readiness, system configuration, validation, and cross-team coordination. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with customers, data, and structured problem-solving. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and clients to ensure smooth, on-time implementations. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end client implementations from data onboarding to go-live Translate client requirements into accurate system configurations Analyze, validate, and reconcile client data for accuracy Identify risks, gaps, and edge cases early Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and CS during UAT and go-live Maintain implementation documentation and share clear status updates Required Skills & Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, implementation, or consulting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Comfort working with large datasets Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Clear written and verbal communication Good to Have SaaS or client-facing experience Exposure to HRTech , FinTech, or enterprise software Basic understanding of system workflows or data handling What You’ll Learn End-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations Translating business rules into scalable system setups Managing complex data in high-impact workflows Who This Role Is For Detail-oriented, data-driven problem solvers People who enjoy working with customers and teams Self-starters in fast-paced environments
