As a business analyst joining our project team, you will collaborate with other analysts under the direct supervision of the project manager. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and conducting user acceptance testing. Your success in this role will be determined by your analytical thinking skills and your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate business processes, identify improvement areas, and develop and implement solutions. - Lead continuous reviews of business processes and create optimization strategies. - Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. - Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. - Perform requirements analysis and document the results. - Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management effectively. - Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and generate useful reports. - Collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. - Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. - Allocate resources efficiently and maintain cost-effectiveness. - Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements. - Conduct user acceptance testing and manage projects, including developing plans and monitoring performance. - Update, implement, and maintain procedures, prioritize initiatives, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. - Manage competing resources and priorities and monitor deliverables to ensure timely project completion. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an MBA. - Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively on acceptable solutions. - Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Track record of fulfilling commitments, excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams and supporting successful projects.
