We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst And Freight Management professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, mid-level role requires 4-6 years of experience, providing a unique opportunity to bridge business and technology through ERP and freight management solutions in a dynamic IT consulting environment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years as a Business Analyst or in Freight Management roles with demonstrated business process optimization achievements.
- Hands-on expertise in business process analysis (Mandatory skill), with the ability to document and model workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Odoo platform for ERP-related business process integrations and enhancements (Mandatory skill).
- Strong background in ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, system rollout, and stakeholder training tailored to technology environments.
- Competency in SQL for querying and manipulating business data, supporting analytics and reporting functions, and providing actionable business insights.
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools to drive business decisions and process improvements in a consulting setting.
- Proficiency in managing, optimizing, and supporting Freight Management Systems for logistics, transportation, and supply chain functions in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to translate technical requirements into clear business solutions and stakeholder documentation.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, gather detailed requirements, and recommend efficient solutions using Odoo and other ERP tools to improve operational productivity.
- Facilitate successful implementations of ERP and freight management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices in configuration and usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of freight and logistics solutions.
- Drive continuous data-driven improvements by preparing comprehensive reports, conducting trend analysis, and presenting actionable insights to leadership.
- Provide user training and support to client and internal teams, ensuring optimal adoption and usage of technology solutions for business operations.
- Document business workflows, standard operating procedures, and user manuals, maintaining accuracy and accessibility for system users.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot process bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for resolving logistics and ERP-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in ERP and freight management, bringing innovative ideas to drive the companys digital transformation initiatives.
