Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive documents including:
• Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• Software/System Requirement Specification (SRS)
• Statement of Work (SOW)
• Participate in solution design discussions and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, assisting end users, and tracking issues to closure.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure solution delivery meets business expectations.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, meetings, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating and managing BRD, SRS, SOW documents.
• Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Technical acumen with the ability to understand and work with developers, architects, and QA teams.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), Visio, Balsamiq, or similar.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries.
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts.
• Experience with BPM tools, data analytics, or BI tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹443,034.72 - ₹831,946.44 per year
