Role Summary

Business Analyst

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, and Content teams to define requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure smooth delivery. Your work will directly shape user experiences and contribute to the success of our travel-tech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure features are delivered accurately and meet business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives.
• Support

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  and validate features against business requirements.
• Monitor feature adoption, analyze user feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

What you bring to the table

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or consumer app domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms for documentation and collaboration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in cross-functional environments.
• Comfort working with data (AI-driven data, Excel, BI tools) to derive insights and validate decisions.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML tools and applications

  (e.g., using AI for requirement gathering, data analysis, automation, or business insights).
