Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to manage data, generate reports, and provide business insights to support management decisions in our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS & dashboards.
Analyze sales, revenue, and project performance data.
Provide insights to management for business planning and decision-making.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Purchase teams for data collection.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of data across CRM/ERP systems.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and trend analysis as required.

Required Skills:

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems
Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills.
