What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.Talent Development processConduct strategic needs assessments, define roadmaps, and support vendor selection and evaluation processes.Serve as a Consultant and thought leader for clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC, translating business requirements into scalable learning tech solutions.Experienced in generative AI and agentic AI tools, supporting AI strategy development for clients and Accentures learning operationsFamiliarity with project management tools:Azure DevOps, Kanban, Lean-Kit.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in tech-enabled learning domains.Ability to synthesize business problems and provide actionable learning solutions.Exposure to gamification, AR/VR, and AI-enhanced learning experiences is highly valuedWhat are we looking for?
Manage cross-functional technology team including, software engineers, architects, and business analysts to deliver on complex technology initiatives.Oversee operations projects with a focus on cost optimization, resource planning, and on-time delivery.Exhibit a role of career counselor, coach, and mentor, engaging in regular dialogues on a weekly and monthly basis to address concerns, foster professional growth, and maintain optimal levels of team engagement.Spearhead innovation and automation initiatives for client engagements, expertly conceptualizing and developing roadmaps for new offerings tailored to learning clientsMaintain strong relationships with platform vendors and stay current with the latest tech trends in learning.Support learning technology PoVs and lead market research initiatives to inform internal and client strategiesBachelor s degree in, Engineering, or related field; post-graduate certifications preferred.Proven consulting experience in a strategy, technology, or digital transformation role.Hands-on experience with eLearning standards:SCORM, AICC, xAPI, CMi5.Strong grasp of LMS/LXP platforms:Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, Saba Cloud, SuccessFactors, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
