Job Title: Employer Branding Specialist
Experience: 3–6 years
Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview
The position focuses on strengthening the company’s talent brand and shaping how candidates, employees, and the market perceive the organization. The role involves building brand visibility, driving targeted communication campaigns, and partnering with recruitment and business teams to showcase the company’s culture, people, and work. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience executing employer branding initiatives across digital channels and can translate culture narratives into impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-quality talent across tech and non-tech roles.
  • Create content (social posts, employee stories, videos, blogs, culture features) that highlights the employee experience and organizational values.
  • Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri, and other talent-brand platforms; track and improve engagement and sentiment.
  • Partner with TA, HR, and internal stakeholders to support recruitment campaigns, EVP communications, and culture-led initiatives.
  • Lead digital campaigns promoting hiring drives, diversity programs, awards, recognition events, and leadership messages.
  • Plan and execute employer branding events such as campus outreach, webinars, meetups, and internal storytelling sessions.
  • Track metrics related to brand visibility, application quality, and candidate perception; recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all talent communication and recruitment touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to produce high-quality visual and written assets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, internal communications, or brand-focused HR roles.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Experience running digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and other employer brand channels.
  • Ability to translate culture narratives into engaging, candidate-focused messaging.
  • Basic design or creative briefing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or collaboration with design teams).
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate journeys.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking branding performance metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
