The Role

We’re seeking a Branding & Social Media Expert who can translate Kochi Kochu’s design language into an immersive global narrative. This role bridges creativity, communication, and commerce — from moodboards to metrics, packaging to posts, storytelling to sales insight. You’ll work closely with the founder, creative directors, and production teams across Jaipur and Dubai to shape how the world sees, feels, and connects with Kochi Kochu.

Key Responsibilities

• Branding & Creative Direction

• Develop and maintain Kochi Kochu’s brand identity: color stories, typography, packaging, and content tone.
• Translate the brand philosophy into consistent visuals across digital, print, and retail experiences.
• Collaborate with artisans, photographers, and stylists to evolve brand language seasonally.

• Social Media & Content

• Manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tik Tok and other digital platforms.
• Create storytelling content — reels, BTS, campaign highlights, and craft narratives that feel intentional and editorial.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content rhythm, tone, and engagement.

• Marketing & Web Presence

• Plan campaigns, seasonal launches, and growth strategies.
• Oversee website content — ensuring alignment with brand tone, imagery, and UX flow.
• Use analytics and data insights (Instagram Insights, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform creative and marketing decisions.

• Production & Shoots

• Be hands-on during campaigns and lookbook shoots — assisting in direction, BTS capture, and creative logistics.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure visual integrity and timely execution.
• Travel between Jaipur, Delhi, and Dubai for brand and content projects.

Skills We Value

• Creative tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop (or Lightroom), basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Digital fluency: Social media strategy, scheduling, engagement, analytics, and reporting.
• Marketing & Website understanding: Campaign planning, ad coordination, SEO basics, and CMS familiarity (Shopify, Squarespace, etc.).
• Technical awareness: Comfortable with camera operation, basic videography, and visual composition.
• Organization: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creative workflows.

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or creative brand management.
• Aesthetically driven yet analytical — you see the art and the algorithm.
• Comfortable balancing creative vision with commercial strategy.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Passionate about craftsmanship, culture, and brand storytelling.
