Brand Strategy Manager

As a Strategic Planner for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Leading strategic thinking across key brands by understanding business objectives and delivering creative briefs for generating powerful ideas. - Partnering closely with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and conceptual excellence. - Decoding audience behavior, cultural trends, and category insights to develop compelling narratives and brand stories. - Crafting brand and communication strategies, campaign architecture, and go-to-market approaches. - Evaluating creative work for strategic integrity and effectiveness before client presentation. - Collaborating with internal teams to create integrated brand experiences. - Presenting strategic recommendations and creative narratives clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. - Mentoring and guiding junior strategists and team members. - Tracking campaign performance and effectiveness to provide actionable insights for optimization. Qualifications required for this role: - 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning, creative strategy, or brand strategy, preferably in advertising, digital, or content agencies. - Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insighting, and communication frameworks. - Ability to simplify complex business challenges into inspiring creative directions. - Passion for creativity, culture, and storytelling across various mediums such as digital, social, film, and more. - Excellent communication skills and persuasive presentation abilities. - Curiosity to explore new ideas, trends, and technologies that influence consumer behavior.,
