Brand Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Strategy:

  • Assist in crafting and implementing comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify, vet, and establish partnerships with relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer collaborations from start to finish.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns to ensure alignment with brand goals and measure ROI.

Content Creation & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and manage creative marketing campaigns that integrate influencer partnerships.
  • Coordinate with content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality promotional materials.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in influencer marketing and brand engagement.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee social media strategy and content planning in collaboration with influencers.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Event Coordination:

  • Support influencer-driven brand events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure events align with the brand’s image and goals.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare detailed reports on the performance of influencer partnerships and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    influencer marketing platform.
