About the Role

We are seeking an energetic & initiative-taking Brand Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of thecontent & creatives and demonstrate your hustle in delivering on them objectively. You’ll enable dynamic 1 to 10growth while engaging diverse senior stakeholders for planning and execution.

• Strategic Leadership

  : Direct the creative vision to match Rishihood goals and brand identity.

• Team Management

  : Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of creatives.

• Content Mandate

  : Craft compelling & persuasive content for diverse channels, from social media to marketing collaterals with accuracy, clarity and professionalism.

• Metrics and Analysis

  : Apply metrics for content performance with data-driven strategy refinements.

• Collaboration with Marketing

  : Blend content strategies into broader branding, marketing & outreach.

An ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker, a strong team leader, and possess a passion for education,
innovation, and effective communication.Requirements

• Professional Experience

  : 3-6 years of progressive experience in content, leadership experience is a plus.

• Proven Expertise

  : in Content, online growth, or with B2C startups.

• Multimedia Proficiency

  : Skilled in managing multimedia content production with creative approaches.

• Relevant Industry exposure

  : Strong education sector sense, preferably in a startup or innovative academia.
• A personal brand or distribution will be a bonus.
