Job Description:

Reach Skyline is seeking a strategic, creative, and growth-oriented Brand Manager to drive brand excellence across multiple client verticals. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping narratives, creating compelling messaging, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies
• Create and maintain brand identity, tone, and positioning
• Collaborate with design, content, and campaign teams
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide brand direction
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Monitor brand performance, audience sentiment, and ROI
• Work closely with clients to align their vision with creative outcomes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or advertising
• Strong command of brand building, storytelling, and campaign strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Familiar with social media platforms, content strategy, and brand analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with creative software like Adobe Suite or Canva
• Familiarity with marketing automation or performance tracking tools
