You will be the voice of the brand internally and the face of DViO for clients, owning both strategic thinking and end-to-end execution. Responsibilities: Client Partnership: Build strong client relationships by understanding their vision, challenges, and business goals. Brand Strategy: Develop and lead insight-driven strategies that inform brand positioning, campaigns, and creative direction. Campaign Leadership: Oversee digital and integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal creative, media, and tech teams to deliver compelling, cohesive brand experiences. Performance Management: Monitor campaign KPIs and provide strategic inputs to optimize results and exceed expectations. Client Success: Ensure timely delivery, budget management, and a high standard of client servicing. Key Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, brand strategy, or account management at a digital/creative/branding agency. Strong communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal. A deep understanding of digital marketing, content, and social media ecosystems. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and innovation. Ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns while staying organized and outcome-focused. Show more Show less
