Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Mumbai. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and conducting market research. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various departments, managing brand budgets, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Brand Manager will also work on enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Marketing Campaigns
• Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Consumer Insights
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Website, Ecommerce, Creative designer etc
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
• Reporting and maintaining data in excel sheet
• Managing Influencers marketing portfolio with the team
• Being a task master right ideating stage to execution stage has to get the job done.
