Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility and market positioning for clients.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns including social media, influencer marketing, content, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and performance teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Manage client relationships — understanding their goals, communicating updates, and ensuring deliverables align with brand objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Create brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks for clients.
• Identify new opportunities for brand growth and audience engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
