About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand Manager to lead the way in building a strong, consistent, and memorable brand presence for Bedazzles.

You’ll own everything from strategy to execution — driving campaigns, managing brand identity, and ensuring we stand out in the market.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to bring the Bedazzles story to life across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

2. Define and evolve the brand’s voice, values, and visual identity.

3. Develop and execute short- and long-term brand roadmaps.

4. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — marketing, product, packaging, social, and customer experience.

5. Campaign Management

6. Lead end-to-end brand campaigns — from ideation to launch.

7. Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and product teams for 360 campaign execution.

8. Monitor KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and equity; optimize based on insights.

9. Market & Consumer Insights

10. Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and competitor activity.

11. Use data and market trends to shape brand messaging and positioning.

12. Identify opportunities to enhance brand perception and relevance.

13. Creative & Content Oversight

14. Approve visual and verbal content — ads, videos, packaging, website, and social creatives.

15. Maintain consistency in storytelling, design tone, and aesthetic direction.

16. Work with agencies or in-house teams to deliver impactful creative campaigns.

17. Internal Brand Evangelism

18. Educate internal teams on brand values, voice, and usage.

19. Align sales, marketing, and customer support teams with brand messaging.

Foster a strong brand-first culture within the organization.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of brand marketing or brand management experience (preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or D2C sectors).

2. Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling.

3. Experience executing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

4. Analytical mindset — ability to translate data into actionable brand insights.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

6. Experience working with creative agencies, photographers, or design teams is a plus.
