Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals.
• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions/events.
• Work closely with the design, engineering, and sales teams to craft engaging content that highlights our robotic innovations.
• Create and oversee marketing collaterals — brochures, videos, case studies, and product demos.
• Manage company presence on social media, website, and press releases.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize marketing ROI.
• Build brand partnerships and identify collaboration opportunities within the tech ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, preferably in Robotics, Technology, Electronics, or Industrial Automation sectors.
• Proven experience in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and product positioning.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Zoho/HubSpot CRM, and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with an ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
