Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and emerging media channels. - Manage and analyze performance marketing campaigns, focusing on Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Research and explore new media opportunities and innovative marketing tactics to improve campaign results. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to create compelling ads and landing pages. - Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations. - Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing. - Monitor ad spend, budget pacing, and Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure effective use of marketing budgets. Qualifications: - Proficient in media planning, marketing strategy, and new media exploration. - Strong communication and research skills to identify growth opportunities. - Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and campaign optimization. - Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. - Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Prior experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
