Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager with 5–7 years of relevant experience to lead Anikrriti’s sales function across digital and offline touchpoints. This is a high-impact role suited for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with brand goals and market opportunities

• Lead end-to-end sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM

• Drive revenue growth through strong customer acquisition and retention strategies

• Identify and establish new sales channels—pop-ups, exhibitions, and strategic retail partnerships

• Monitor sales metrics, analyze consumer trends, and optimize performance accordingly

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams

Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier-1 business school

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods

• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive numbers in a lean setup

• Proven track record of scaling revenue in a high-growth or startup environment

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-first approach
