Brand Development Specialist

As an individual working with an Advertisement company, your role involves developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. It is essential to collaborate cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Meet monthly branding sales targets - Understand each brand's unique challenges and recommend creative, effective solutions - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and agencies - Grow accounts by upselling and cross-selling smartly - Translate briefs into powerful, insight-driven ideas that drive results - Lead and support brainstorming sessions for digital, print, TV, and IP-led campaigns - Design and present compelling brand solution proposals with rollout plans and budgets - Partner with programming and sales teams to craft innovative 360 campaigns - Keep abreast of consumer trends, buyer behavior, and industry insights - Execute campaigns flawlessly in collaboration with internal and external teams - Ensure full coverage of your region by identifying new opportunities and servicing existing clients - Stay updated on global and national marketing trends and apply them to our strategies - Follow all internal processes and partner requirements with precision Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing - Excellent communication and written English - Experience in TV Ad sales or Print Ad sales is a must - 2 to 4 years of experience - CTC: 4 to 8 LPA (depending on skills and experience) + incentives,
