Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Brand Development Specialist. The role involves designing and implementing effective brand strategies, managing branding initiatives, and overseeing brand development and management activities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints and communicate the brand's value to target audiences. The role also includes analyzing market trends to identify branding opportunities and providing innovative solutions to strengthen the brand’s position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Development, with a deep understanding of building and sustaining impactful brands
• Proficiency in Branding and Brand Management, ensuring consistent and cohesive brand positioning across various platforms
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in brand-related fields, with a proven track record of successful initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in market analysis and competitor research is advantageous
