As we grow, we’re looking for a Brand Development Manager who can blend creativity, strategic thinking, and a go-getter attitude to drive both offline partnerships and marketing growth . 💼 What You’ll Own ✅ Build brand visibility through exhibitions, fashion events & boutique tie-ups ✅ Lead B2B partnerships with MBOs, luxury stores & corporate gifting clients ✅ Co-create campaigns, lookbooks & collection narratives with our designer ✅ Manage digital marketing (ads, emails, website content – no agency fluff) ✅ Track lead pipelines, pre-orders, and campaign ROIs 🎯 We’re Looking For 3+ yrs in fashion marketing, brand partnerships, or retail expansion Strong eye for aesthetics and Indian fashion sensibilities Hands-on with both offline & digital channels Confident communicator, planner & negotiator 📌 This is not a digital-only role .
