Role Overview As the Salon Business Development Manager , you will lead branch growth initiatives, identify and evaluate new business opportunities, and provide operational oversight across locations. This role involves frequent travel to existing and prospective sites for audits, staff evaluations, expansion feasibility, and business partner meetings. Key Responsibilities Business Expansion & Development Branch Auditing & Field Visits Travel regularly to branches for operational audits and performance reviews. Evaluate salon service standards, hygiene, team productivity, and customer satisfaction. Franchise Management & Coordination Coordinate with design teams for salon layout planning during expansion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in franchise business development. Proven experience in managing multi-location expansion and audits. Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent travel readiness and time management. Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language is a plus.
