Brand Development Manager

Role Overview: You will be working within a fast-paced environment, with responsibility for generating new business for a global brand portfolio and managing Indian licensee partners. Your role will include ideating Brand Extension strategy for clients, developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial terms, finalizing legal contracts, leading the development of business plans, and working with clients to develop and deliver strategic licensing plans. You will also be responsible for sales, licensee, and client management, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and working closely with licensees to oversee product development, approvals, customer presentations, and expanding product and territory opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Ideating Brand Extension strategy for clients - Developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial terms, and finalizing legal contracts - Leading the development of all business plans and working with clients to develop and deliver strategic licensing plans - Sales, Licensee, and Client Management - Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting - Working closely with licensees to oversee product development, approvals, customer presentations, and expanding product and territory opportunities Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, brand/product development, or category management - Proven commercial experience in prospecting, pitching, and contract negotiation - Fluency in English; multi-language skills desirable Additional Company Details: LicenseWorks is a market leader in Brand Extension & Brand Licensing services in the Indian market.
