Brand Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and sales or brand/product management experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial experience, preferably in a client-facing role, and have a passion for brands. As part of this role, you will be operating within a fast-paced environment, responsible for generating new business for a global brand portfolio and managing Indian licensee partners. Your responsibilities will include ideating Brand Extension strategies for clients, developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial terms, finalizing legal contracts, leading the development of business plans, and collaborating with clients to create strategic licensing plans. You will also be involved in sales, licensee, and client management, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and working closely with licensees to oversee product development, approvals, customer presentations, and exploring product and territory opportunities. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, brand/product development, or category management. You must have proven commercial experience in prospecting, pitching, and contract negotiation. Fluency in English is required, and multi-language skills are desirable.
