About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who can build strategic collaborations that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth. The role requires a balance of brand thinking, commercial understanding, and strong execution capability, especially within an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic brand partnership opportunities aligned with business goals
• Plan and execute co-branded campaigns and collaborations end-to-end
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and partnership deliverables
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Digital, Marketing )
• Track budgets, define KPIs, and measure partnership ROI
• Build and manage strong relationships with external partners and agencies

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, retailers, platforms, and agencies

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics & consumer behavior
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure ROI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
