Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Development Manager at Arlak Biotech's office in Panchkula. Responsibilities include developing and managing brand strategies to enhance market presence and achieve business goals. The role involves market planning, overseeing sales strategies, driving brand growth, and ensuring alignment of all marketing efforts with organizational objectives. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential to ensure successful execution of brand development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and crafting strategic frameworks for brand success
• Strong skills in Communication to effectively liaise with stakeholders and teams
• Proven ability in Brand Development and Brand Management
• Experience in Sales and driving market penetration
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and innovative problem-solving skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Panchkula
